The website is operated by Carol Anne Jones (“the Artist”), a sole trader.

Products
We sell:

• Original artworks (one-of-a-kind paintings)

• Printed editions (prints produced by third-party partners)
   

Colour and appearance
Due to differences in screen settings, colours may vary slightly from the original artwork.

Pricing
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. International buyers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.

Orders and fulfilment

• Originals are shipped directly by the Artist.

• Printed editions may be produced and shipped by third-party partners.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
   

Liability
The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Responsibility for lost or damaged items lies with the Artist until delivery is completed to the carrier, after which carrier policies apply.
