Shipping

• Originals: Usually dispatched within [X] business days after payment. Shipped via tracked courier.

• Prints: Dispatch times vary depending on production partner, typically within [X–X] business days.

• International shipments may take longer due to customs and local handling.

• Separate items may ship separately if using multiple fulfilment methods.
   

Returns

• UK/EU customers: 14-day cancellation right applies to most items. To cancel, email [your email] and return the item in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• Original artworks may be exempt from cancellation if custom or personalised — clearly stated per listing.

• US and other international customers: Returns are accepted only as stated per product listing.

• Damaged or faulty items: Please provide photo evidence within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned item or confirmation of fault.
